Changes, additions and deletions to faculty and staff telephone and email listings are made by departmental designates (listed below).
York's Department Designates use an online update program to make changes and additions to data for employees, associated personnel and University departments. To change your data, please contact the departmental designate for your unit. Employee data updates are processed daily.
Student requests for changes are done online. Student data changes are processed each weekend.
Students may also choose to be excluded from York Atlas by contacting accounts@yorku.ca.
Retirees can request inclusion in York Atlas by sending email to the departmental designate of their former department.
